We won't run out of air because part of the air we exhale consists of carbon dioxide and the blood circulation in our body will replenish it with oxygen.
3.Fishes live and breath underwater. Fishes and other sea creatures are living things so,they need oxygen to breath.If they can breath underwater,oxygen can dissolve in water.
